Established in 1997, Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology is a Diploma granting College located in Cornwall Ontario.

Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology is proud to offer quality programs with high standards.  Our programs are further enhanced by professional and experienced instructors and our classes are kept small allowing us to provide successful academic and practical skills to every student.  We strive to assist and guide each individual student to successfully graduate and enter their chosen profession with confidence.

Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology is registered as a career college under the Ontario Career College Act 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Career Colleges and Career Colleges Ontario.

Students enrolling at Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology may be eligible for financial assistance if they qualify.
